Once you eat these little bundles of pure culinary joy, you probably will become a regular patron of Cheng Du 23, a popular Sichuan restaurant in Wayne that serves some of the best Chinese food in North Jersey. But beware: These little pouches, aka soup dumplings, filled with broth and minced pork, can not only be really hot (in temperature; eat gingerly) but really sloppy: the “juice” can easily splatter all over your nice shirt. Pour some soy sauce inside and take bites carefully.
