Hungry? This popular restaurant’s stalwart “Big Bowl” noodle soup is more than enough for one ravenous diner. The brisket, tender and meaty, is marinated for at least 10 hours, the beef broth homemade, the noodles thick and white and the spices aplenty (it gets two hot peppers on the menu, which the restaurant maintains is “medium spicy”).
